Our Inspiration - Subbamma
Subbamma, affectionately known as Amma in Rayachoti back in the 1960's, left an indelible mark with her mastery of South Indian cuisine and boundless generosity. Her kitchen was a hub of community warmth, where her food brought people together with every savory bite.
Inspired by Grandma Subbamma's legacy of love and culinary artistry, we've launched this website in her memory. Here, we aim to celebrate her recipes, share her heartwarming stories, and preserve the traditions that she held dear.
